Group Convert focuses on a small set of tasks around new Facebook Group members. Its current offer is built around saving lead information, spreadsheet connections, and member messaging.
Spreadsheet capture
The sales page lists Excel Sheet integrations across all three plans. The number of integrations follows the group limit on the monthly plans, with one on Starter Lite and up to three on Silver. The lifetime plan currently advertises unlimited sheet integrations.
Messages for new members
Group Convert says it can automatically send prepared messages as members enter a group. That can be useful for a welcome note, a reminder about a resource, or a simple next step. Keep the message useful and easy to understand rather than treating every new member as an immediate sales opportunity.
Email capture when declining a request
The current offer lists an option to accept emails even when a member is declined. This is a feature that deserves careful use. Group admission and marketing permission are different decisions, so make sure your question and follow up clearly match the permission the person gave you.
Support and training
The monthly plans currently list email support, training, and access to an exclusive Facebook community. The lifetime plan also lists chat support. Silver and Lifetime Executive currently advertise lifetime version updates.
What the feature list does not answer
A feature list cannot tell you whether Group Convert fits your exact CRM or email process. If direct integrations matter to you, map the route from Facebook to the final system before you buy. A spreadsheet may be enough for one business and an unnecessary extra step for another.
